Last Updated: Thursday 8th of July 2010 01:00:00 AM -0600MDTAt least 344,670 heads of bovine cattle were immunised from April until now, by the institute of veterinarian services in the Southern Huila Province, under a campaign that is to finish this month, ANGOP has learnt.
This was announced on Wednesday here by the head of the department of veterinarian services, Miguel Barbosa.
For this task participated 29 brigades, integrated by 87 technicians each other, that worked in the province's 14 districts. 800,000 doses of vaccination were available.
The goal was to reach 1.080 million heads of cattle, against the 800,000 of the previous year year.
