This key manager will be responsible for:

* Assisting the General Manager in the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects * Assists the General Manager in ensuring that operational tasks are completed according to established guidelines * Purchasing of feeder cattle * Play an active role in system improvement and quality control initiatives within the operation * Developing and training team members
